How this is going to work:

We've got a fixed menu, with an alternative (option two) version for starters and main course. By fixed menu we mean that we need to let the caterers know who's eating what two weeks in advance. The default is vegitarian. If you would prefer the aternative for starter or main course, you need to let us know asap. 

For people who have put down food allergies on the RSVP form, the caterers are going to sort you out with an alternative, so don't worry.

Parsnip panna cotta with roasted peppers and cumin cream (default)

Smoked chicken and mango salad with a rasberry chilli dressing (option two)

 

MAIN

Wild mushroom risotto with grilled asparagus spears, parmesan shavings and white truffle oil (default)

Herb crusted salmon with a pea puree and pumpkin oil (option two)

 

DESSERT

Drambuie and stem ginger cranachan in a brandy snap basket (default)

Coffee/Tea with a few parting yummies
