Kilt measurement form for our friends from Down Under

So I got the email from the kilt hire shop with the promised kilt measurement form. Not sure why it was upside down but I'm guessing it's something to do with me mentioning that Sarahs family are coming from New Zealand. Maybe this will save people from having to turn it the right way up once it's gets down there. I'm not sure.

 So with a bit of text regnition software and the form feature in Microsoft Word, we now have a real form to send out to people. (You're welcome) 

Their kilts are nice though. That's all that matters...
